La Hondureña is a medium-bodied, bright coffee from the La Labor region of Honduras.
What makes this coffee so special - besides its high quality and delicious taste - is that it comes from a lot produced in cooperation with the International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA) and Molinos de Honduras.
The beans were carefully selected from small (and all female) holders of the Asociacion De Mujeres Procesadoras De Cafe La Labor (AMPROCAL) and other female independent producers.
Boarding Pass Coffee will donate a portion of every sale of La Hondureña to the International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA).

About the Roast:
AMPROCAL is a collective of female coffee producers from the La Labor, Ocotepeque region of Honduras. The collective started in 2007 with eight members and has developed and grown to more than 130 members today.
