Delaney Claycomb
Delaney manages our Gainesville location and lives with her husband, Dustin, and their two cats, Lavender and Basil. With over three years in the coffee industry, Delaney has found her true home at Boarding Pass Coffee. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, cooking, and playing video games.

With over 11 years of experience in the coffee business, Kendall has developed a deep passion for connecting with people and serving them. For Kendall, coffee isn’t just a beverage—it’s a way to bring people together, spark meaningful conversations, and create personal connections. Her love for both coffee and community shines through in everything she does, making her a natural at fostering welcoming and engaging environments.

Josh Day
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Josh has held a variety of roles—from dishwasher to area leader—bringing dedication and passion to each position. A proud father of three (Landon, 18; Payten, 15; Gavin, 14) and happily married to his wife, Amy, for 22 years this April, Josh values family and teamwork both at home and at work. When he’s not serving others, you’ll find him cheering on his favorite team—Ohio State football. Go Bucks!
