Meet the Faces Behind Boarding Pass Coffee

At Boarding Pass Coffee, we believe that great coffee starts with great people. Our team is the heartbeat of our coffee community—dedicated, passionate, and always ready to make your day better with a perfect cup. Here, we celebrate the managers and long-time baristas who have been instrumental in shaping our journey.

Conner Baudier

Roastery, Milton

Conner's passion and appreciation for good coffee is backed by over 10 years of coffee industry experience. He continues to grow his knowledge and experience of the coffee industry, recently visiting Fazenda Santana (The farm that grows our specialty Brazilian coffee!) in Serra Negra, Brazil.

Conner is originally from New Orleans and spends his free time directing and editing independent narrative films—with an especial love for screenwriting and film photography.

  • Favorite Thing About Working at BPC: I love having a hand in our entire coffee process, from seeing the plants that grow our beans, to roasting them for perfect taste, and finally brewing and preparing coffee I am proud to serve and drink myself.

Josh Day

Operations Manager

With over 20 years in hospitality, Josh Day brings a steady hand and a service-first mindset to Boarding Pass Coffee. His journey through the industry—from dishwasher to area leader—has shaped a grounded, hands-on leadership style rooted in consistency, teamwork, and genuine guest connection.

His path with Boarding Pass Coffee has even taken him to the family coffee farm in Brazil, where he experienced firsthand the craft and care behind every bean—deepening his connection to the farm-to-cup story that defines the brand.

Josh plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across every touchpoint, helping deliver the elevated, welcoming experience that defines Boarding Pass Coffee.

Outside of the café, Josh is a devoted husband and father, and a loyal fan of Ohio State football—Go Bucks!
