Step into the world of specialty coffee with Boarding Pass Coffee’s Tasting Class, where coffee
enthusiasts of all levels are guided through a comprehensive journey that explores the entire coffee
process—from cultivation to the final cup.
What You’ll Learn
In this immersive, 90-minute session, you’ll dive deep into:

 Cultivation and Production: Learn about the journey of coffee beans from the farm to the
cup, with insights on the different methods of cultivation and processing, especially from
Brazil—where our founder's family grows coffee.
 Varieties and Flavor Profiles: Discover how different coffee varieties influence flavor,
aroma, and characteristics.
 Tasting & Sensorial Analysis: You’ll taste five different coffee roasts. We’ll guide you
through identifying each coffee’s unique flavor profile, roast level, and attributes, allowing
you to understand the impact of each stage in the coffee journey.

Included
A small gluten-free snack (which contains dairy) is served to complement your tasting experience.

Led by Our Founder & Roaster
The class is hosted by our founder and roaster, whose passion for coffee comes from a deep family
heritage in Brazil’s coffee-growing regions. His expertise and hands-on experience in coffee
production, roasting, and preparation provide a unique and personal perspective on coffee’s
complexities.

 Duration: 90 minutes, with plenty of time for Q&A to ensure you get the most out of your
experience.
 Group Size: Minimum of 4, maximum of 10 participants.
 Cost: $300 for a group of 4, with an additional $50 per person for each participant beyond
the 4th.
 Held at our Milton, GA and Gainesville, GA locations.
