There is no obligation or minimum subscription period. Although we hope you don’t, you can cancel anytime!
- Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, absolutely, you can manage your subscriptions in the members area of our website.
- What if I really love one coffee and only want to receive that same one every month?
In addition to the Monthly Coffee Club with a new type of coffee every month, we also offer recurring subscription orders for single roasts. We encourage you to also keep your Monthly Coffee Club membership so you can keep exploring different flavors and aromas from around the world. Who knows what next month’s coffee will be?
- Do all members receive the same type of coffee?
All Monthly Coffee Club members will receive the same coffee of the month, so if you skip one month you may not receive the selection that you’ve skipped.
- I only like dark roasts, can I chose to only this type?
Some coffee beans show their attributes better in a lighter or darker version than others, and we want you to taste what each beans has to offer at its best, so we will select the roast level that best suits each bean. We encourage you to give it a shot – you might be surprised!
- What happen if I don’t like one of the coffees?
We strive to send only great tasting coffees, but we understand that taste varies from person to person. In this case, just let us know and we’ll replace it for another type. You can swap your month’s coffee once every 6 months. Shipping charges may apply.
- When will my credit card be charged?
Charges will occur the same day of the month. Your coffee will be shipped within 1-3 days
- Can I change the date I will receive my coffee?
Yes, you can change it on the members only area.
